Daily tote files are downloaded and securely stored. The CHRIMS system loads the data for the prior day. Our data technicians balance and validate all data, then make it available to you by 10:00 am. All cash transactions are stored in the database for historical analysis. The cash balancing tools are easy and efficient. This system eliminates the need for manual tracking or the use of spreadsheets which leave plenty of room for error.
Several locations are already utilizing the CHRIMS Money Room/Cash Vault System. As a CHRIMS customer you will have unlimited, secure access to your money room information.
